01 · My Story

About Me

My journey into health, movement, and performance began long before I entered the fitness industry.

From the age of 11 to 24, I dedicated myself to gymnastics and breakdancing. Gymnastics provided the foundation for my strength, mobility, body awareness, and movement development, while breakdancing became my competitive focus.

As a breakdancer, I became a multiple-time All-Ireland Champion and had the honour of representing Ireland at both European and World Championships on numerous occasions. One of my proudest achievements was placing 7th in the world at the World Breakdance Championships at just 14 years of age.

Years of training at a high level gave me a deep appreciation for movement, athletic performance, and the incredible adaptability of the human body. It also exposed me to the physical demands, injuries, and limitations that many athletes face, sparking a lifelong interest in understanding how the body functions and how it can be restored when things go wrong.

This passion led me into the fitness industry at the age of 19, where I began my professional education and coaching career.

Over the years, I have worked as a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Neuromuscular Therapist, and Mobility Specialist. My experience includes working at Trinity College Dublin, managing large commercial fitness facilities in Ireland, and running my own successful therapy and coaching clinic.

Since 2022, I have focused on delivering my system online, allowing me to work with clients from all over the world. Today, I help individuals improve posture, mobility, strength, performance, and overall quality of life through a unique combination of neuromuscular therapy principles, movement restoration, mobility training, strength coaching, breathwork, and mindset development.

Alongside my work in movement and performance, I have maintained a personal practice of breathwork and meditation throughout my coaching career. These practices have played a significant role in my own development and are becoming an increasingly important part of my coaching philosophy. By integrating breathwork, awareness, and nervous system regulation alongside physical training, I aim to help clients not only move better but also develop greater resilience, focus, and overall wellbeing.

My mission is simple: to help people better understand their bodies, move with confidence, and build long-term resilience so they can perform at their best both inside and outside the gym.
